Conversion of the iconic Grace Bros Building on Broadway to create 585 student hotel rooms and facility to service Sydney University and University of Technology Sydney students.

Preserving a heritage listed building fabric and frame whilst incorporating extensive internal fit-out works, services upgrades and fit out works.
