This project consisted of an industrial and commercial hub within the Lake Macquarie area, near Newcastle. The development encompassed the demolition of an industrial shed and concrete driveways as well as the construction of three industrial buildings accommodating thirty (30) Industrial Units with associated signage, car parking, earthworks, and landscaping. The units will be utilised for a combination of office, storage and industrial-related works.
