A 16-storey development located in Coolangatta comprising of 3 Levels of basement carparking and 90 residential apartments across 13 storeys.

Challenges

Site constraints due to the nature of the site and the top-down construction method, careful planning and precision was require to ensure all operations were completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Outcomes

The development is expected to be completed before the original practical completion date. The project demonstrates our experience in providing financial reporting and cost management services on high-quality, complex residential developments.
