Commercial fit-out and refurbishment of the existing Royal Oak hotel including VIP lounge, bistro, bar and terraces.
Challenges
Works were split into three stages. Complexities in staging of works to ensure part of the facility is operational throughout construction including temporary access and gaming lounges.
Outcomes
Completed December 2023. Newton Fisher were integral to controlling cost of various design options at earlier stages of the design phase.
