Newton Fisher Group played a significant role in the redevelopment of the Beach Hotel in Merewether, Newcastle, Australia. The historic hotel underwent a major transformation, incorporating modern elements while retaining the original charm of the iconic establishment.
Challenges
Complexities in dealing with additions and alterations to an existing pub that had hidden unknowns once demolition was undertaken
Outcomes
The project has successfully been completed and reopened for the Christmas period of 2023.
