Forming part of a larger Masterplan, this Retirement Age Care Facility (RACF) consists of 96 Beds between 6 households spanning over two levels including a central common area and basement back of house area.
Challenges
Complexities surrounding the existing levels of the site and budgetary constraints around constructing a basement tunnel system.
Outcomes
Cost planning services have been provided throughout the design process. Construction to commence in 2022.
