Helping deliver another successful commercial project for Steven’s group. Wine Country Drive consisted of a 3-lot subdivision and the construction of a service station, a Mc Donald’s franchise, and 3 commercial tenancies to provide services to the new town centre that is North Rothbury.
Challenges
Coordination between the civil and main works contractor to deliver a successful project both on time and within budget. NFG also played a crucial role in the background assisting the client and the financier in maintaining an accurate cost to complete.
Outcomes
With open communication among all stakeholders, the project was able to be delivered and handed over with minimal delays and within budget.
