Staged construction of 252 apartments, 6,600m² of commercial and retail space and 646 car parking spaces in two towers.

Managing construction and man/materials handling neighbouring a lake at the northern boundary.
NFG are currently representing multiple lenders forming the funding syndicate, each with particular requirements.
Outcomes
The project is currently under construction, running ahead of programme and within budget. NFG proved integral in assisting the developer in ensuring pre-finance conditions were resolved at the early stages of the project. scheduled to be completed by mid-2020.
