4 new towers with a total rise of 23 storeys including a shared 2 storey podium. The development consists of 1,675m2 of retail spaces, 680 residential apartments and 688 car parking spaces.
Since the project is located in the vicinity of Sydney Trains Rail Corridor, additional requirements have been imposed to the developer, which demonstrates that the development has no negative impact on the rail corridor or the integrity of the infrastructure through its loading and ground deformation.
The buildings have been recently topped out and fitout works are on the way.
Builder/ developer JQZ has been progressing ahead of original schedule March 2020 and aims for practical completion by end of December 2019.
