A mixed use residential development comprising 282 apartments spread across three blocks.
Challenges
Remediation of a contaminated site, which included the removal of an existing manufacturing plant.
Securing large quantities of sub-contractor resources to prevent delays to the overall construction programme.
Scheduling and co-ordination of labour and materials on a site spanning over 14,000m2.
Outcomes
The project is forecast to be completed ahead of schedule in December 2014.
