Conversion of an existing office tower into 86 high end luxury apartments.
Challenges
Stiffening a relatively light weight concrete structure to accommodate the change of use from offices into apartments.
Outcomes
The project was successfully completed to a very high quality and achieved close to record sales for luxury apartments in Sydney CBD.
