7 Building site consisting of a RAC building with 90 rooms, 4 ILU Buildings containing 165 units, a commercial building containing retail as well as 24 SAF and a community centre.

Challenges

Complexities in dealing with site remediation and variation assessments. Stage 2 is also directly across from stage one making noise control a challenge.

Outcomes

Stage 1 has been successfully delivered on time and ono budget. Stage 2 is scheduled for completion in 2020.
