Newton Fisher Group was engaged to provide a preliminary cost plan for the construction of 47 strata warehouses, 536m2 of commercial space, and 1 level of basement car parking including associated external works and services.
Challenges
Various design changes were made throughout the process which the team were able to accommodate and update accordingly.
Outcomes
This project was successfully delivered, and our clients were satisfied with the cost plan provided.
