Staged Refurbishment and Alterations of an existing Retirement Aged Care Facility comprising of 94 Beds over two levels and carparking.
Challenges
Delivery of works carried out over 2 Stages with half the residents remaining in the facility while it is refurbished.
Outcomes
The re-development was successfully completed within budget and in a timely manner to facilitate the re-location of existing residents to the completed resident rooms.
