Promoter: Newton Fisher Group ABN 58 655 226 047  (“Promoter”).

Promotion Name: NFG 50th Anniversary LinkedIn Draw.

Promotional Period: Entry opens on 17th November 2025 at 8:30am (AEST) and closes on 1st December 2025 at 5:00pm (AEST). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

Eligibility:

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees, directors and agents of the Promoter (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.
  • Entry is conditional on the entrant following the Promoter’s LinkedIn page and submitting a comment on the Promoter’s 50th Anniversary LinkedIn post within the Promotional Period.

How to Enter (Free Entry):

  1. Scan the QR code displayed and navigate to the Promoter’s LinkedIn page.
  2. Click “Follow” / “Connect” (or equivalent) to follow the Promoter’s LinkedIn page.
  3. Find the designated 50th Anniversary post, and leave a comment as instructed.
  4. One entry per eligible person. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize:

  • One (1) bottle of Penfolds Grange (approximate retail value $800 AUD).
  • Prize is provided “as is”. The winner accepts the prize at their own risk and any ancillary costs (e.g., taxes) are the winner’s responsibility.

Total Prize Value: $800 AUD.

Winner Draw & Notification:

  • The draw will be conducted at Suite 9/6 Railway Parade, Burwood NSW 2134 on 2nd December 2025 at 2:00pm using wheel of names (https://wheelofnames.com/) by random selection from all valid entries received
  • The winner will be notified by LinkedIn direct message and email (if provided) within 48 hours of the draw. The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s LinkedIn page.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of first notification, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

Prize Collection:
The winner must claim and provide delivery details for their prize by the 15th Dec 2025. If the prize is not claimed by that date, it may be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

Unclaimed Prize:
If the prize remains unclaimed after the claim period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw. If no redraw is specified, the prize will be retained by the Promoter for a period of at least three (3) months before a new winner may be selected (if no authority is required). If an authority applies, any unclaimed prize handling will follow the rules in the authority.

Conditions of Entry:

  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s decisions which are final and binding.
  • Entry is only valid once the entrant has complied with the entry steps and meets eligibility criteria.
  • The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part thereof) for a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age and residence, and sign any documentation required by the Promoter to claim the prize.
  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or liability incurred as a result of participating in the draw or winning the prize except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy:
Personal information collected for this promotion will be used by Newton Fisher Group to run the draw, notify and publish the winner and for promotional purposes (unless otherwise advised). Entrants consent to Newton Fisher Group using their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Advertising & Promotion:
Promotional material relating to the draw will clearly indicate how to enter, the prize, any major prize terms, and that full Terms & Conditions are available at http://newtonfisher.com.au/50year-terms and on request from Newton Fisher Group.

Prohibited Prizes & Compliance:

  • The prize is not a prohibited prize under NSW trade promotions regulations (e.g., firearm, tobacco, etc).
  • The draw is a game of chance: one entry, winner determined randomly.

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
